Dr.Ann Chen

Dr. Chen has extensive experience in pediatrics and primary care. She obtained her medical degree from Beijing Capital Medical University and worked as a pediatrician at Beijing Children's Hospital for 8 years. From 1999 to 2008, she served as Chief Pediatrician and later as Deputy Medical Director at Hong Kong International Medical Clinic of Beijing. She is skilled in all aspects of general pediatric care and has served the international community in Beijing for more than 10 years. Additionally she has excellent experience in primary and preventive care. Dr. Chen speaks English and Mandarin.

 

Dr Eddy Si

Dr. Eddy Si graduated in Dentistry from University of the East, the Philippines, B.D.S. in 1980. He is licensed to practice in Canada, Hong Kong and Mainland China. Dr. Si has been working for Bayley & Jackson since 1982. In 1990 he became one of the Directors of Bayley & Jackson. He is a member of the Committee on Marketing in Dentistry, the Ontario Dental Association, Canada and the Hong Kong Dental Association. In addition he is on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce of Israel (HK Health Section) and a founding member of the Hong Kong Society of Oral Implantology. In 2009, TimeOut Magazine ranked Dr. Si as one of the best dentists in Beijing.

 

Dr Ellen Li

· Chief Obstetrician and Gynecologist
· Associate Professor
Dr. Ellen Li graduated from Beijing Capital Medical University and joined Beijing Chaoyang Hospital as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist in 1982. She held the positions of Attending Officer, Vice Chief and Clinical Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of the same hospital. In 1986, she completed a one-year fellowship in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital. In 1989, she worked as a visiting scholar in the Perinatal Center of Buffalo Children's Hospital, Medical School, State University of New York, USA.
 

Dr Anthony Zhang

Dr. Anthony Zhang graduated from China Medical University, Shenyang, China in 1984. After graduation, Dr. Zhang entered the surgical residency program at Beijing Hospital. From 1989 to 1992 Dr. Zhang was an Attending Surgeon at Beijing Hospital. In 1990 Dr. Zhang obtained his Masters degree from Peking Union Medical College. From 1992 to 2001, Dr. Zhang worked at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, USA. During this period, he completed his Postdoctoral research in Cardiology and Anesthesiology. From 1999 to 2000, Dr. Zhang was the Visiting Clinician in Department of Surgery, Mayo Clinic. Dr. Zhang successfully completed the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) in 1997. Starting from 2001, Dr. Zhang has worked as a Family Physician in various international medical clinics in Beijing. Dr. Zhang is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Professor David Sai Wah Ho, Cardiologist

Director of Catheterisation Laboratory

Studied medicine at The University of Sydney from 1977 to 1983 and completed training in internal medicine and cardiology to become Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians and Fellow of The Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand in 1990. A Senior Cardiology Fellow at Westmead Hospital in Sydney from 1989 to 1992. In 1993, Dr Ho received the prestigious Bard Australia Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology and spent 12 months as a Post-Doc Fellow at the University of Alabama Hospital in U.S.A., working with Professor Gary Roubin, a pioneer in coronary and carotid stenting and the inventor of the first FDA approved coronary stent.

Returned to Westmead Hospital as a consultant cardiologist in 1994 and was awarded PhD in Medicine by The University of Sydney in the same year. 1995-2000 Dr. Ho was Associate Professor of Medicine at The University of Hong Kong and Consultant Cardiologist at Queen Mary Hospital. Dr Ho is one of the first to perform peripheral angioplasty procedures including carotid stenting in the Asia Pacific. 2000-2004, Dr Ho was Director of “Heart, Brain and Vascular Center” at St. Paul’s Hospital Hong Kong. In 2003, Dr Ho was awarded Honorary Citizen of Xiamen and was appointed Director of The Xiamen Heart Center, China. As Honorary Professor of Medicine at the University of Hong Kong and Xiamen University, Dr Ho continued to supervise PhD students and Fellows at both Universities. Dr. Ho is currently Visiting Professor of Medicine to 7 universities in China. Dr Ho’s research work was published in some of the most reputable medical journals, including the Lancet and the New England Journal of Medicine.
